Have you ever used a journalling card as a part of a card? I hadn't until a recent publication call for Paper Crafts magazine. I had to step outside my comfort zone and give it a try. Surprisingly, I was fortunate enough to have one of my attempts accepted for publication.
I was perusing the clearance section at my local Michael's Arts and Crafts recently. I saw this ginormous package of journalling cards [50 card in 10 styles] with a thank you theme for $2.99. This seemed like a pretty good deal!
I make quite a few thank you cards and I wanted to make a thank you card for someone who was very kind to me recently. So I thought I should give these journalling cards a try.
I also used Melissa Philips' Stamp-a-Faire Recipe Remix layout here as a guide.
Supplies: Card stock [Staples], Journalling Card [Recollections], Stamps [Papertrey Ink, WPlus9], Dies [WPlus9, Papertrey Ink].
I hope you give it a try.
And, thank you Crystal for your kindness!
